Close to 12,500 people have so far registered for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), set for November 1 - 4 in Antigua and Barbuda. Almost five thousand of those registered are from overseas, as the twin-island state finetunes preparations for its historic hosting of the biennial meeting. Foreign Affairs Minister Hon. E.P. Chet Greene provided the updates during a town hall meeting Wednesday evening.
