While sections of the island continue to grapple with dry conditions, residents of Catherine Hall in Montego Bay are facing the opposite problem — too much water and nowhere for it to go. Another round of rainfall has again left sections of the community flooded, and this time, residents say they are tired of waiting for a solution.
