RESIDENTS TO BEGIN MOVING INTO PELICAN COURT APARTMENTS WITHIN MONTHS

Government says former Booby Alley homeowners will start occupying the new Pelican Court condominium homes by January, 2027. The government also says the residents should not face financial hardship as they transition into the new dwellings. The assurance comes as cabinet considers how ownership, mortgages and property values will be handled.
