Antigua and Barbuda's junior minister of tourism Janica Adams has earned special recognition on the regional stage. She was hailed for outlining a series of ideas to convert the country's culture and creativity into greater tourism value. Adams received a special mention at the 2026 Caribbean Tourism Organization Regional Tourism Youth Congress in Guyana on Thursday.
