The St. Kitts and Nevis Medicinal Cannabis Authority announced the availability of banking services for licensed medicinal cannabis businesses that are operating in compliance with the Authority’s regulatory framework. According to a statement issued by the Authority on 27th October, the development is significant progress in the quest to bring functionality to marijuana business enterprises. The banking service will be provided through the St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank and was described as a “major break-through”.
